Dr. Muhammad Atiyat: Muhammad Atiyat is an American statistician working in the Division of Conference Management at UNOG. He believes statistics is a science used to prove science. He is passionate about working with data to improve people’s lives.

Professor Clémence Corminboeuf: The research of Clémence Corminboeuf focuses on the development of electronic structure methods as well as conceptual tools targeted at exploiting non-covalent interactions for applications in the fields of organic electronics and catalysis.She has co-authored more than 150 publications and was the awardee of the Sandoz Family Foundation. Clémence was appointed tenure track assistant professor at the EPFL in 2007 and promoted associate professor in 2014. In 2010, she received the silver medal at the European Young Chemist Award. She was also awarded two ERC grants (starting and consolidator), received the Werner Prize of the Swiss Chemical Society in 2014 and the Theoretical Chemistry Award from the ACS Physical Chemistry Division in 2018. Follow online: Twitter

Dr. Claire Lee: Claire Lee is a South African particle physicist on the ATLAS Experiment at CERN, working on measurements of Standard Model processes and investigating what sort of measurements we will be able to make in the future with the upgraded LHC and ATLAS detector. During the datataking periods she helps to keep the detector functioning optimally as an on-call expert for one of the calorimeters (a part of the detector that measures the energy of the particles coming out of the proton-proton collisions). She is also part of a committee representing Early Career Scientists on the experiment. Lisa Charlotte Rost: Lisa Charlotte Rost is a Berlin-based designer & award-winning blogger at the charting tool Datawrapper. In 2016, Lisa was an OpenNews Fellow at NPR in Washington, DC. Before that, she created data visualizations for newsrooms like Tagesspiegel, Bloomberg, SPIEGEL & ZEIT Online.
