The United Nations has designated 2019 the International Year of the Periodic Table (IYPT), marking 150 years since Dmitri Mendeleev published his groundbreaking arrangement of the elements.

In honor of IYPT, this event focuses on data visualization and design in science, with specific focus on the periodic table. Science and data visualization experts will join us to discuss the role of outstanding design in rendering highly complex information accessible and engaging.
