Travel, Visa and Subsistence: All participants are responsible for securing their own funding for travel and subsistence, as well as for making their own travel arrangements. Participants are also responsible for making their own visa and transit visa arrangements, if applicable.
Delegation size: Please note that a maximum of two (2) representatives per organization can register. However, due to space constraints at the conference venue, we cannot guarantee access for both representatives to the conference site. We will therefore ask organizations to designate the primary participant. Additional information will follow closer to the conference date.
