13th General Programme of Work (GPW 13) World Health Organization (WHO) Impact Framework Measurement: Meeting of the Expert Reference Group (ERG) and WHO Secretariat, 2-3 October 2018, Geneva, Switzerland. The meeting is intended to bring together the Expert Refrence Group (ERG) and its taskforce members, WHO secretariat and partners to discuss the methods for measuring the GPW 13 “triple billion” targets and baseline reporting.
