If you don't have an account: you first need to create a personal account to be able to register on Indico. Once you have created your personal account, you will receive an activation link by e-mail. Once your account is activated, we will be able to process your registration request. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you already have an account: We will process your registration request as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
How to collect your badge: For all registrations submitted before 17 April 2019, please bring the confirmation of registration, which includes the QR code, with a valid ID bearing a photo, and appear in person at the security of Palais Wilson (Rue des Pâquis, 52, Palais Wilson, CH-1201 Geneva, Switzerland). For all registrations submitted after 17 April 2019, kindly collect your badge at Pregny Gate (Palais des Nations, Av. de la Paix, 8 - 14, 1211 Geneva, Switzerland).
Visas: All participants are responsible for making their own arrangements relating to travel and accommodations as well as visas to enter Switzerland. OHCHR does not provide assistance in this regard and is not in a position to provide letters to the authorities of Switzerland for purposes of obtaining visas for observers.
