Description
A public briefing chaired by the Chairperson of the 10th session of the Forum on Minority Issues, which will include a briefing on the rules of procedures for the Forum and introduction to the new panel discussion format to be implemented during the 10th session. The briefing will be followed by oral interventions by civil society representatives who wish to raise minority issues in their country which do not fall under this year's topic.
