The opening ceremony will be held on Monday, 4 December 2017 at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of Mr. Choi Kyonglim, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva.
