Travel, Visa and Subsistence: All participants are responsible for securing their own funding for travel and subsistence, as well as for making their own travel arrangements. Participants are also responsible for making their own visa and transit visa arrangements, if applicable.
Delegation size: Please note that ONLY ONE (1) representative per organisation can register, due to space constraints. However, registering for the event does not guarantee participation. All approved participants will be notified in due course.
