The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe: Committee on Housing and Land Management wishes to organize a photo exhibition to celebrate World Habitat Day. The exhibition will also serve to commemorate and promote the Geneva UN Charter on Sustainable Housing, which is fundamental in supporting the goals of World Habitat Day.

The city of Geneva plays an integral role in this exhibition as it is home to an abudance of nationalities, international organizations and multinational companies; it is unique in its ability to accommodate immense diversity in terms of ideas, action and people.

The exhibition will be moved to Pregny Gate during the 78th Session of the Committee on Housing and Land Management from 1 to 15 November.
