For participants attending the 70th anniversary commemoration event of the ILC on 21 May 2018:
In order to obtain an entry badge to the United Nations Headquarters in New York for the 70th anniversary commemoration event of the ILC once the registration formalities have been completed, please go to the visitor’s entrance located on First Avenue and 46th Street. Representatives from the ILC Secretariat will provide your badge in front of the Security check point/white tent between 9 and 10 am on 21 May. Please bring your national passport.
For participants attending the ILC meetings/commemoration event requesting a badge for more than 5 days:
In order to obtain a temporary picture entry badge to the United Nations Headquarters in New York once the registration formalities have been completed, please go to the United Nations Pass and ID office located at 320 East 45th Street. Opening hours are from 9 am to 4 pm. Please bring your national passport. Please note that entrance into the Secretariat building will be through the visitors’ entrance on 1st ave. and 46 st.
